Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to work closely with countless ambitious students while also spending time with universities and employers across different countries and education systems. I have collaborated with MIT, Harvard, UCL, the Group of Eight in Australia, and all Russell Group universities. I have also engaged with Yale, Stanford, Dartmouth, and top institutions across Europe and Africa. These experiences are what set us apart and help us see what it really takes to stand out when you are applying to the world’s most competitive universities.

I have seen brilliant students with extraordinary potential struggle to communicate what makes them different. I have also seen students with the right guidance turn their interests into meaningful projects, experiences and ideas that genuinely changed the way their applications were understood.

Our work with universities has helped us understand what admissions teams look for. Our conversations with recruitment advisors and hiring managers at leading global organisations have shown us what really matters when you apply for your dream job.

We do not believe there is a formula for getting into a top university or firm, but we believe everyone has a story to tell, and our job is to help them discover what makes theirs worth telling.
